I'd be surprised to find MW3 maps, that would be cool though.

Nice find, it is interesting how DICE has captured real world locations into BF3.

Kharg and Wake Island have been re-created very well.

Yeah indeed they did, but something feels off about the maps in - game. As if they don't have the "it" factor to remember them by.

Also, in the near future. They should add maps that take place in historic/famous areas such as the Eiffel tower, golden gate bridge, great wall of china.

Well maybe in later dlcs they will be in other larger cities perhaps? like london or new york where wveryone knows and can actually feel playing it. I remember playing gran turismo on the london track thinking...hey that corner is actually there and that shop in the back ground is there too

Battling for a flag in the middle of the Golden Gate Bridge would be interesting. I like the idea about famous locations, remember the rumour about a BF3 "All American" map pack? If turned out to be true, DICE had the opportunity to include some famous locations in that :p

Wouldn't mind having those mini-cooper vehicles fitted with an operational tank cannon act as a tank.

I hope so, cause from all the multiplayer games I played. I can honestly say that any map that's inspired by a famous location instantly became one of the maps I would love to play on and can spend myself spending hours and hours fooling around in it.

I really hope that turns out to be true.

And indeed the Golden Gate Bridge would be fun to play on something like Conquest. As well as I can see it being an actual map, that's filled with wreckage and damaged civilian vehicles with intense motor bike/car chases around the map.

And they should make them completely destructible. :motherofgod: Imagine the Eiffel Tower collapsing during the match that you can climb through all the rubble, or the Golden Gate Bridge falling into the ocean and having an all out battle on boats. The boats would need to be buffed though, it shouldn't take 6-7 shots with that big of a caliber.

But knowing dice though, they would make the tower falling scripted. Just like the tower on Caspian border. :(

I could definitely see a background mentioning where this certain map is in BF4 (If they also use real locations).

P.S: Congratulations for the article! :D
